Slow in my old age
I redid my three mile run this evening and actually slowed down a bit from yesterday. I was over 30 seconds slower with a time of 27 minutes and 26 seconds.
I felt particularly stiff in the early stages so I think I’ll revert to a shorter run tomorrow and just take my time. No point in killing myself eh?
