Oh bugger.

Earlier this evening I thought it would be a bloody good idea to go for a run. I’ve been feeling a bit lethargic recently due to a general lack of fitness so I figured I might as well go and do some exercise.

What a stupid bloody idea! Now I’m absolutely knackered and I’m pretty sure that my legs are going to be killing me tomorrow.

Oh well, might as well make an effort now that I’m hurtling closer to 40 years old. I’m still a few years away from that benchmark, but not enough for my liking!

  1. Heh. Just started going on 20 minute runs (when it’s dark, so nobody can see me). And yeah, it really hurts the next day… but after a few weeks it kinda becomes fun. Almost easy.
