As part of my plan to eat healthily and get fit I have just ventured outside for my first fitness session in nearly a year. I figured I’d just run a short course and see how I went.
Naturally, I completely underestimated how far this short course was and have ended up running just over 3 miles! One part of the course, Cow Lane, had a huge hill that nearly caused me to do a Paula Radcliffe. I’m bloody knackered!
I just know that my legs are going to be in pieces tomorrow, and seeing as I walk to work that isn’t going to be good if I can hardly move in the morning.
This fitness thing is HARD!
