Pollock

I made lunch today (talented, me) and used the internet for recipe suggestions. My sister had bought some pollock for tea yesterday and there was some left, so I was persuaded to make lunch.

Hell, I quite like cooking, so I looked up “pollock recipes” on Google and found alwaysfreshfish.com that showed a sample recipe. It looked easy, so I tried it.

I chucked in some onion as well, but otherwise my version was the same, apart from my lack of measuring. It was really tasty, if a little tomatoey – North American “crushed tomatoes” are quite rich, the European equivalent is less-so. It was still really nice though.

Food is great, and I really like a nice bit of fish. I should eat more fresh fish when I’m at home, rather than eating the tinned stuff all the time.
